The Brief

Build the complete creative system for a new AI edtech hardware product: brand identity, companion app, e-commerce landing page, and social campaign, from scratch, targeting Indian parents aged 28-40.

CheekoAI is a physical AI toy engaging children through voice conversations in 18+ Indian languages. I led the full pipeline, visual identity, 3D character system, parental dashboard app, landing page that drove sold-out sales, and social content.

Brand Identity & Character System

Built the Cheeko visual language from scratch, warm yellows, bold cartoon typography, the 3D goggle-eyed character. Communicating delight to children and trust to parents in every single asset.

App UX: Onboarding to Dashboard

Designed the full app flow: 4-step personalised onboarding, home dashboard with device connection, and the Parental Dashboard, mood insights, topic analytics, safety alerts, weekly progress.

Launch: Website + Social + Commerce

Responsive landing page using AI-generated 3D product imagery (Gemini Gems + Kling). E-commerce flow. Social content drove 10 orders in 48 hours. Product went SOLD OUT.

The Trade-offs

Large touch targets over content density

Smaller fingers require larger, more forgiving interactive areas, this reduced the amount of content visible per screen, but dramatically improved success rates for young users.

Parent dashboard as separate mode over integrated view

Keeping the parent experience distinct from the child experience prevented confusion, at the cost of switching friction for parents who moved between modes frequently.

Curated daily picks over full library access on home screen

Reducing visible choice on the home screen felt counterintuitive, but reduced session start time by 40%, kids got to content faster.

What I Learned
